These are shorter sessions typically reserved as follow-ups for established clients. Great for people who prefer immediate communication over messaging, and/or independent folks who have a strong drive to make their goals reality.
Like the longer sessions, these shorter sessions can be used in a number of ways:
Movement screen follow-up. Let’s see how things are progressing and make sure you’re being challenged enough to keep improving!
Form checks. Get a particular lift or functional fitness movement looked at. Take it to the next level with immediate personalized coaching.
Strategize specific events for upcoming competitions mentally and physically.
Brief nutrition consult for those curious about nutrition coaching but not ready to make the plunge. Get a basic plan of where to prioritize and how, based on our conversation.
