These are shorter sessions typically reserved as follow-ups for established clients. Great for people who prefer immediate communication over messaging, and/or independent folks who have a strong drive to make their goals reality.

Like the longer sessions, these shorter sessions can be used in a number of ways:

  • Movement screen follow-up. Let’s see how things are progressing and make sure you’re being challenged enough to keep improving!

  • Form checks. Get a particular lift or functional fitness movement looked at. Take it to the next level with immediate personalized coaching.

  • Strategize specific events for upcoming competitions mentally and physically.

  • Brief nutrition consult for those curious about nutrition coaching but not ready to make the plunge. Get a basic plan of where to prioritize and how, based on our conversation.
