Everything you’d get in a personal training session from the comfort of your home (or wherever you prefer!) via Zoom. This is a great choice for people who are still learning the basics of Functional Fitness or Olympic Lifting, or people who want more 1:1 feedback and accountability.
These sessions can be spent a number of ways:
Movement screening/ Initial meeting. Together we’ll take a look at how to work around pain & injury, and where you need to focus most to move safely and effectively.
Warm up, work out & cool down with me. If you have trouble getting shit done, this is a good way to commit!
Coach-led mobility/ accessory sessions for those who know they won’t do it if coach isn’t watching.
In-depth road mapping for upcoming competitions or health & fitness goals.
Menu planning- I do not provide meal plans, but I will help YOU create a weekly menu that sounds good to you and supports your goals so you can learn the skill of prepping and planning. It can be a game-changer to have someone to bounce ideas off, you’ll be more confident the next time, and you’ll be building nutrition skills for life!

$720 gets you:
Twelve 50-min private training sessions with me via Zoom that can be used for fitness, nutrition, or an alternation of both
Free Fitness Program of your choice designed by me. Choose from Functional Fitness, Bodyweight, Olympic Weightlifting, 5k Running, Hypertrophy, and more!
Free Nutrition Skills & Habits Assessment that will tell you exactly where you need to focus for the best progress, and exactly how to do it
Individualized Coaching get immediate feedback for immediate improvement in each session
More efficiency. Studies show that working closely with a coach fast-tracks progress significantly

Change takes time and consistency. For this reason, sessions in this plan are set for a minimum of twice weekly for the first 4 weeks. After the eighth session, we can revisit frequency of sessions as needed. This plan is $720.00 up front and does not automatically renew. Upon two remaining sessions, I’ll reach out to ask if you’d like to continue.
