I’m Bailey, a coach who helps experienced home and remote athletes eat well, recover better, and build strength that lasts.

You already know how to work hard. But the old way isn’t working anymore. More volume, less food, and comparing to your past-self will only get you so far. It’s time to evolve beyond brute-force training.

I established Worker Bee Fitness® in 2019, and I have over a decade of coaching experience, getting home and remote athletes progress without the burnout.

My coaching blends fitness, nutrition, recovery, and mindset so you can keep improving longterm, whether you train from the garage or a full facility.

I prioritize strong rapport, effective feedback, and lasting results, so you feel excited about the process. And for the times you don’t, I’ll be there for you too.

I offer Olympic Weightlifting and Fitness programs that evolve with you. Virtual training sessions are available too!
