Recipe: Mighty & Minty Protein Smoothie

Mighty & Minty Smoothie

  • 6-10 oz milk of your choice (I used Good Karma + Protein)

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1Tsp. cocoa powder

  • 1C. fresh spinach (baby will blend easier)

  • 1/2C. fresh mint leaves

  • 1Tbsp dark chocolate chips (I used Lily's)

  • Ice, to preference (I used about 1/2C)

Directions: Add liquid and ice first so the powders don't stick at the bottom. Blend, blend, blend ahoy and enjoy!
