I’m Bailey, a coach and home athlete dedicated to helping other home athletes reach their peak health and fitness.

Being a home athlete requires dedication. I know the challenges—space, equipment, and staying motivated—because I’ve faced them too.

With a decade of coaching experience, I’ve worked with everyone from beginners to elite athletes.

At Worker Bee Fitness, I prioritize close relationships, effective feedback, and lasting results, making sure you feel accomplished and excited about your progress.

Remote training means the gym is always open! Stay fit, lift big, and love food- for life. I’ll be with you every step of the way. It will be uncomfortable. It will be worth it. Let’s get to work!
